Our all female canvassing team builds domestic and commercial rounds for the window cleaning and cleaning related industries.

We can be of assistance to both fresh start-up companies as well as established businesses. We have experience of working for sole-traders – limited businesses and are happy to work to your requirements. We can carry out work for both Traditional and Water Fed Pole cleaners and will speak to you to ensure we have all the information we require before canvassing commences. We will take into account your methods of cleaning and payment requirements from your customers in order to relay accurate information to your new clients.

All our ladies are professional, reliable, presentable and personable. We use a natural, door knocking, technique - which has proven to be very successful. We are proud to say that we have an extremely low cancellation rate due to the unique way we represent you and deal with your potential customers on their doorstep!

We do not undercut in order to obtain new work. Because we are acting on behalf of your business, we know that in the long run it is not ethical or profitable to under price a job in order to increase your database of customers – this will not increase your profit margins or give you a reputable name within the industry! We do not enter into pricing wars.

Our services are tailored to each customers needs and we have a comprehensive refund policy.

Pricing
We provide your customers with accurately priced quotations on their doorsteps. With our knowledge of pricing and of common access issues/challenges for both Water Fed Pole & Traditional cleaners, we are able to ensure that under pricing for new properties does not occur.

Charges
We are willing to work with you no matter how large or small your budget and to a suggested time scale. Please contact us for more details on our pricing.

Additional Costs
We are happy to travel anywhere but we do charge per mile for distances over 60miles on each canvass day. This additional cost is a basic rate to cover diesel/petrol and running costs of our vehicles.

In some circumstances accommodation may be required and this will be discussed with you.

These charges are in addition to new work costs.

Cancellation Policy
Customers will be replaced/refunded within a 3-month period from the date canvassed. This will be subject to a courtesy call to the cancelled customer to clarify the reasons for the termination. Providing the cancellation is not due to ineffective cleaning (ie the customer does not feel the windows have been cleaned to their desired standard) or unreliable time keeping (if arranged cleaning dates/times for first cleans between yourself and the customer are not kept) a full replacement will be issued.
